Hi, I’m Justyna Redelkiewicz — advisor, mentor, entrepreneur and ex-EU official with 20 years of experience in EU innovation, deep tech, and space technologies. I founded GoCosmic to offer strategic consulting, interim operational support and angel investments to founders and businesses across Europe. 

Professional highlights:

• My international achievements and pioneering work on space applications were recognized by a board led by Jolanta Kwaśniewska in Sukces Pisany Szminką, where I was the winning  “Successful Polish Woman Abroad 2025”.
• For leadership and innovation in the space and deep tech sectors I was recognized a Strong Woman in IT in 2023.
• My work on how space technologies can drive growth in developing countries was recognized by the United Nations for contributions to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
• Working at the European Union Agency for the Space Program (EUSPA) I led the €1 billion Cassini initiative on space entrepreneurship, with 200+ start-ups co-funded on yearly basis.
• At EUSPA, Toshiba, Nestle and Comarch I managed transversal, multi-cultural teams, including technical project teams across multiple countries, implementing modern, energy-based leadership.
• I served as Member of the Space Executive Board at the European Business Angel Network in years 2021-25.
• I am trained in venture capital, private equity, space and quantum technologies at leading institutions including Columbia Business School, ESA and TU Delft.
• I’ve traveled to 70+ countries, speak multiple languages, and my passion lies in technology, innovation, and impact.
